I have been teaching at SPCC since 2004. I love interacting with students everyday and working with my peers. I also love playing and coaching basketball, playing baseball, and golfing. I love being spontaneous and riding the wave of life where it takes me. I am also very proud to have the best wife, duaghter, and a brand new edition on the way in September. My parents are a driving force in who I have become and throughout my life I have had the best friends around me who love me for who I am. God has guided me in many ways that have turned into miracles.

Habit project day 12

  1. Today habit wise was great! I went to the hospital right after school and saw the baby. Adriana is the cutest baby alive. We were not allowed to hold her because she was born premature which kind of stunk. My mom went to our cousins wake and I stayed with Amelya and Adriana. After a couple of hours at the hospital my grandmother picked Nathan and I up. We went to Nathan's house and got his clothes for the Funeral tomorrow. I stayed at Grandmas until 9:30 and drove home. Now I am just getting ready for bed and plan on reading for the rest of the night. Goodnight!!

  2. Hello👋👋 After school today I went to sign up for karate, I was been force to and I think it's a bad idea but there's no harm in trying new Things. When I got home I saw I got 2 missed calls from symantha so I called her back and we talked for about 30 mintue or more.im still avoiding soda and I don't even think about getting soda anymore. It's 10:43 I'm Going To Watch American dad and big bang theory before I sleep👍✌

  3. Today was great! I went to the movies with some friends and I buckled down and didn't get anything to eat except water. I felt really good to avoid my trigger. My triggers are around me at all times so is very difficult to try and avoid them.
    Again today I had lots of water. I also had juice to give me a boost of energy after school.
    I went for run with my friend at Worceser State College and then went to the movies.
    I have a very long weekend of soccer ahead of me so I'm sure I will get plenty exercise and healthy foods.

  4. (I'm posting this on Saturday because Day 12 wasn't popping up for me last night.)
    Yesterday went pretty well with my habit. Right after school, my mom took me to the mall to find a bathing suit to wear for Martha's Vineyard (which I'm going today) but we didn't find any. Anyways, we got home around 5:00, so I had successfully avoided my habit. However, I went on my iPad from 5:30 to 5:45, which I guess isn't that bad, and then got ready for soccer practice which was at 6. Practice went on until around 7:10, my grandpa picked me up and he got me ice cream which was really good. My mom had gone out so I was to be sleeping over my grandma's house. I took a shower and got ready for bed. I tried blogging at around 10:30, but I couldn't find Day 12. So overall with my iPhone/iPad habit, I did pretty well. With my 'like' habit, I'm slowly started to recognize when I say 'like', so now I'm starting to learn when I say it and hopefully I can learn how to control it. I feel like it's a pretty big step from where I was a couple days ago.

  5. Yesterday was harder for me to not nap because I was home alone and couldn't go to the park. None of my neighbors were were playing outside so I was stuck at home around my triggers all day. At around 6 I found myself dosing off on the couch while watching T.V. To stay awake I put on an action movie and made the volume really loud. This ended up working and today should be better since I won't be at home.

  6. Yesterday was a good day for my habit. After getting home, I watched tv till maybe about 7 or so until I started playing video games. I played from 7 to 11 which was at my limit of 4 hours because it's counting as a weekend day. I feel like the project has helped me somewhat control something I like to do a lot, because really if I played 24/7, I wouldn't have anything else to play.

  7. Yesterday was great. I got home and I got a snakc and sat down and didn't watch TV at all. I couldn't call or text my mom so I went to take a shower. After I was done I called Nana Sefa and we talked for awhile. I told her I had to go and I went to say hi to my mom. We talked and she went to take a shower. I had those lil drumsticks ice cream and played games on my phone. I went to bed at 1 am because my gums were aching and hurting and I couldn't sleep. I was proud of myself not watching TV while having my snack because I would usually do that. Only 1 more day left I can so this.

  8. I couldn't find day 12 last night, so I am doing it on Saturday. Yesterday was bad for one habit, good for another. My knuckles habit was being repeated again and again yesterday. I thought it would get easier for a day at the end of the week with less stress, but it surprisingly didn't. However, my phone habit was great. I got rid of my phone at around 9:00 and felt only minor temptation when doing so, much less than many week days when I had to give up my phone. That is also a surprise to me. Today will hopefully be a day with limited phone use for me. I will try to do other, healthier activities outside, as it is gorgeous out. I hope everyone takes advantage of this beautiful day without doing their habits!

  9. Henno! Last night was good. I got home watched my show. Then went upstairs and tried to do my home work but I kept getting distracted by phone. Then I guess I fell asleep for like and hour. When I woke up it was around 6:00. When I went downstairs I ate dinner and watched tv. When I went upstairs it was around 8:00. I still hadn't done my homework so I had to do that. But there was this really good movie on so I watched that. The movie was from 8-10. So at like 9:00 I started to do my homework but in the middle of me doing it I forgot to put my cloths in the washing machine so I went in the basement to go do that. I came back upstairs and did my homework while watching the movie. I finished my homework at 10 so when the movie was over. After that I did one thing on my phone then put it away and went to bed.   10. Hey sorry this isn't on Friday I went to bed before it went up. So on Thursday night I think my habit went really well. When I got home I got on my phone. Since I didn't have dance or anything I decided that I should exercise. My sister and I ended up doing it together which was a lot more fun. She saw me doing it so she decided to join. After we did that I did my homework which only took me from about 5:00-5:40. After we ate supper then we basically just hung out.

  11. Yesterday I stayed strong with not biting my cheek. I had a healthy lunch, too. Then after school we went to Ms. D'Alessandro's room to get Picasso because we were taking him home for the weekend. Mr. Phillips offered me cake and Ms. Guiliani offered me cookies but I said no to both. We went home and got Picasso settled in and managed to sneak him by the cats. I didn't snack and then went to soccer practice. Then we went to dangelos and I had a medium BLT. We were going to go for ice cream but it was too cold and I wouldn't have gotten any anyways. Then we went home and watched Iron Man 3, which was really good.

  12. Today was another good day. I got up ate, did some other stuff, and then I played video games from 8:00-9:00. After that I got ready to go see my grandpas grave from like 9:30-10:30. Then we came back to my house and my niece was with us so i had to play with her and she was at my house until like 2. After that i went on my phone for a little bit, and then i had to go help my mom clean my dads truck. By like4:45 we were all done and then i played some more video games until like 5:30. I went for my run and now my family is going to eat some dinner and watch a movie.

  13. Yesturday went bad for one of my habits . I cheated on my junk good habit because I are food from mrs. Nordals classroom. On the other hand I did workout last night. I went to bed really early last night and avoided going on my phone .

  14. Ok so Friday was really good. I went to Emma's after school and it was really fun. We found a shopping cart and we fooled around with it. Then I got home and it was around 6 so I had 3 hours until 9 when I could go on my iPod or Watch tv. So me and sophia went outside to play. When I got inside I ate and and then I was going to do my homework but I did my nails instead at around 8:30 I think we watched Hancock which was really good and had will smith in it. So I thinks that's pretty good compared with last weekend. I'm finding that I have more will to do something productive although I still want to go on my iPod or something of that sort. Sorry this is late. Have a good time this weekend with whatever you guys are doing for Memorial Day.

  15. Today I woke up at 10:00 got ready for church and went to church for a little because we were late. Right after church we went to my aunt and uncles party and we left there around 10:45Pm. And that was really long but I avoided my bad habit I was helping out with the drinks and food and all that so I didn't spend hours on my phone but today was an alright day.

  16. I thought I posted but I guess I didn't. On Friday I didnt crack my knuckles at all. I did very good and I'm proud of myself. After the first communion mass weepy dismissed and went to jacks classroom for the little party. I had a cookie and some cake. I was doing good the whole day then I made a bad choice. I am working hard but I need to improve

  17. Wow the final weekend guys, so let's finish strong! And I personally think that I did. As soon as I got home I did the little homework with no problem at all. Even after going to the store before going home. Now I have a care free weekend ahead of me so yay!

  18. I am very confused on what day I'm on so I'm jut gonna go right here. I also haven't had access to a computer all weekend because I've been at a tournament. I excersised today(Saturday) and it felt good to do that instead of sit around. I had a game and we lost 10-0. We didn't play well and the other team was good. I think we can do better tomorrow.   19. We are almost there. I have learned a lot from this project because if you really want to quit something you can. Let me tell you about Friday. I got dressed and got ready for school again and i didn't really think about playing it. It was like I forgot all about it. So today was pretty easy and like I said before some days are harder than others.
